On a gorgeous November morning, we met with Jacob, Hannah, and their puppy, Radar, at Veteran Acres in Crystal Lake. The plan was to do a couples shoot...with a twist. After a few minutes of shooting photos with us-and seven years together as a couple- Jacob popped the question! And, as you may guess, she said yes!
