Archives: Kurtis and Shawn's San Diego Wedding - Part One (2016)

On a bright and sunny afternoon, we across the San Diego highways to the bay, where we met Kurtis, Shawn, and a few of their groomsmen at the Sheraton Hotel. In only a few hours, Kurtis and Shawn would be married. First, they had to prepare for pictures and the long (amazing) day ahead.

Shawn was in charge of doing the finishing touches on the groomsmen and his groom.

After everyone was ready and coordinated, the group headed over to one of the couple's favorite spots: Balboa Park.

We took photos in the gardens, and then we all trekked across a sunny bridge to shoot more photos and meet the rest of the families.

It was there that we discovered the perfect spot for their photos: these gorgeous archways outside one of Balboa Park's historic buildings.
