Alyssa is a dear friend whom I've known for over a decade now. When we were in high school, we'd always exchange creative writing pieces and story ideas. Alyssa was also the biggest YA lit fan that I've ever met. I remember her room being filled with books. Fast forward to now... Alyssa is about to publish her first book! I couldn't be more honored to take her author photos for this huge accomplishment. We went to the local library, where Alyssa volunteered years ago, and then played around at a coffee shop near by.
